2. Service Description

MalkiurSwap is a non-custodial cross-chain cryptocurrency swap service. We facilitate the exchange of digital assets across multiple blockchain networks including Ethereum, TRON, Bitcoin, Solana, and 30+ additional chains.

A 2% service fee is applied to each swap transaction. This fee is separate from any network/gas fees or protocol fees charged by the underlying blockchain networks and liquidity providers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses and transaction details you provide.
• You must ensure you have legal authority to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own wallets and private keys.
• You acknowledge the inherent risks of cryptocurrency transactions, including price volatility and potential loss of funds.

4. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of exchange rates, or successful completion of any transaction.

MalkiurSwap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds due to incorrect addresses, network failures, smart contract bugs, or market volatility.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Using automated systems to abuse rate limits or overwhelm the Service.
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
